Song and Lin have performed multiple projects on our house over the last 15 years and we keep coming back.  They added a bedroom addition, put in sliding doors, put in recessed lighting, expanded our TV room and renovated our two bathrooms among other projects over the years. The quality of work and speed of which they complete a job is impressive. Lin is very flexible when you make last minute changes and is extremely detailed when it comes to his finish work. Song supports Lin and helps communicate important information when language differences become a barrier.  I look forward to the next project on my "to do list" to be completed by Song and Lin.

I have worked with Song and Lin and his team on many home improvement projects at four different properties since 2010. Lin has built exterior porches and decks, installed windows and doors, kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, refinished basements and more. 

Our biggest project together was a top-to-bottom renovation in our last home that included everything from a new roof and siding, gutting the interior to the studs, removing walls to open interior spaces, installing a completely new kitchen, and adding two full baths. 

Lin’s work is very reasonably priced, he is fast and efficient, and he is very responsive to customer feedback. He is also reliable—he shows up when he says he will and he gets the work done! We contacted Song and Lin to build a full bathroom in our basement.  They came highly recommended. They were quick to respond to our needs and finished the project in about two weeks. Lin tiled our floor, built and tiled a stand up shower, and installed a new toilet and vanity. He also installed lighting and did the finished painting.  We have no complaints.
